Governance Rules
- The Mandator is a natural person or legal entity with verifiable identity, beneficial ownership, and control information, and can supply required KYC documentation.
- The engagement relates solely to international legal services within our professional licensing and conflicts-checked capacity.
- The mandator, UBOs, controllers, directors, authorized signatories, and key related parties are not subject to sanctions prohibitions and do not present unacceptable PEP/adverse media risk under our internal thresholds.
- Source of funds for legal fees is lawful, transparent, and verifiable, with banking coordinates consistent with the client’s profile; third-party payers are disclosed and permissible.
- The matter passes conflicts checks; any potential conflicts can be resolved under applicable professional rules and client consents where appropriate.
- The risk rating is within our accepted range or approved conditionally with documented mitigants and senior review.
- All required documents are provided before commencing work, save for narrowly defined conditional exceptions approved internally.

- Treat all client and firm information as strictly confidential.
- Share information internally solely on a need-to-know basis.
- Use firm-approved systems for document management and communications.
- Report any suspected data breach immediately through internal channels.
Conflicts of Interest
- Disclose potential or actual conflicts proactively before work begins.
- Complete firm conflict checks without exception and prior to engagement.
- Comply with all mitigation measures, including information barriers where required.
Client Interaction Excellence
- Communicate clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Provide analysis that is solution-oriented, structured, and legally sound.
